I took AnaSofia to a "big sister" class at the hospital last week. She was so great through it all and I was so thankful for her to see the hospital, nursery and fun waiting area (she obviously enjoyed it right?). She seemed like such a big kid with her little bag, outfit and big sister attitude. I can't get over how mature she is now!

AnaSofia and I have been cuddling and reading a lot, she often asks "are you always near?" Ah, breaks my heart.

A handknit outfit from FarMor (AnaSofia was too big for it!) and his keepsake box (AnaSofia's is filled with cards, special gifts and her baby book) waiting for him when he arrives!

I can remember how torn I was between wanting Micah to come right now and also wanting to slow down and enjoy Garrett fully before he was shared! You are doing a great job with AnaSofia and your little boy is going to be so lucky to be loved by you and Soren! I can't wait to see pics of AnaSofia giving her little brother loves, she is going to be such a great big sister!
As you can tell from our blog that Thomas has adjusted 100% to having a little sister. He wants to hold her all the time. I got out the jolly jumper yesterday wondering how that would go over. I had to explain that Thomas wouldn't get a turn in it because he was too big! He was totally fine but I have to watch him because I think he really wants to make her go around and around and around in it!
Oh the "waiting game". It is part of the excitement! AnaSofia will have a "special present" when her brother arrives.
Such a beautiful outfit from FarMor.
love,
Nana
That knit outfit is absolutely gorgeous. I cannot believe how smart AnaSofia is, everytime you give us a little quote from her I smile. You can totally tell she is the product of two Ph.D's. And she looks more and more like Jen every day.
