It is a Muscato family tradition to be the first family to the tree farm each year the day after Thanksgiving. I have continued that tradition here in Maine even though Soren finds it odd to get the tree so soon. In Denmark, they use live candles and only get their tree right before the holiday. AND Soren wants the tree up when his parents arrive in January so they can enjoy it too... I will keep you posted about any fires during that time! Ha ha... I hope. So I guess I forgot to post these photos (you'll notice there is no snow - although it was so WINDY and cold). We went with friends and helped each other hack down the trees FAST. It was pretty hilarious. Every tree on the farm is perfect (which is kind of a bummer, I like the Charlie Brown trees too) so it took little time to pick one out and then we raced back to the house for hot chocolate and Christmas music. Yes! The season has arrived!

Your tree looks so beautiful! I think I miss my smaller lights. We'll see what we decide to do next year. Can't wait for you to see my tree and give me comments.

the tree is beautiful! I am actually jealous that you got snow! I miss it so much this time of year. It has been cold here but definitely not snow cold! miss you! Sarah
Your house looks SO warm and so inviting! I love it! It makes me want to cuddle up on the couch, and eat baked apples, while we catch up!
I think of you often! I hope you have a WONDERFUL Christmas!
