We have been hit with about 2 feet of glorious snow in the past 24 hours. So exciting! It is still lightly snowing and will through Thursday. It is the fantastic snow that sticks to the trees and is light and fluffy (to jump around in for AnaSofia, or to shovel for Soren and I!). Can't wait to dust off our skis and take AnaSofia out in her backpack. It still isn't very cold but soon we will be able to take the snowshoes out to the wetlands and explore an area we only get to see a few months out of the year. I normally discourage people from visiting Maine in the winter but it can be really fun! Soren's parents are coming for 2 weeks in January and I hope it will be great weather for them as they rarely see snow in Denmark.
