I still find birthdays exciting, I don't know why - I like celebrations of all kinds! Saturday we went to Elizabeth and John's to see Millie and give Soren a chance to fly. More friends came over the next day for dinner and my friend Sarah made a YUMMY chocolate cake that barely lasted two days! We had a great time just relaxing and being together as a little family. On Sunday we went out in the boat for the first time this year and AnaSofia LOVED it. Soren went fishing and caught a small perch and AnaSofia was so excited. She found a branch and was poking it into the water saying "I'm trying! I'm trying!". She never fails to make me laugh.
Here are a few photos of me as a little one - these are some of my favorites of my family. I am starting to see a resemblance with AnaSofia - she isn't all Soren anymore! Yay!!!

Almost 5. I DISTINCTLY remember this night at my parents' friends house. They gave us milano cookies with ice cream and I had NEVER had anything like it and was SO excited. Ha ha!

Oh my gosh! I forgot about those photos! So glad you have them since I just stuff them in a drawer! Dad and I look so young! I do see a strong resmeblance to you with AnaSofia.
